2. Sights and tours

a. Old Quarter

Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site.

Hoinanese Center Hotel is only a 5-minute walk away from the Ancient Town, so you can walk and visit the Ancient Town easily.

There are some historic houses, religious temples, and pagodas requiring a ticket to get inside. The cost is 120.000 vnd. b.Do it yourself on a motorbike or bicycle

You can rent a bicycle ( 50.000 vnd / 1 day) or motorbike (150.000vnd/ 1 day) to visit places such as An Bang beach, rice fields, Tra Que vegetable village, Thanh Ha pottery village, and Bay Mau coconut forest. Please feel free to ask our friendly staff for maps and directions to our favorite hidden spots.

1. Hoi An Free walking tour

Hoi An has a rich and vibrant history and culture. During the tour, you can visit Vietnamese ancient houses, Japanese bridges, and Chinese temples. You will have a deep understanding of the history and the local culture of Hoi An ancient town. You will know the reason why Hoi An was recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

Price: The tour is free and guided from Monday to Saturday. Entrance ticket is required (120.000vnd /1 ticket /must). Local ice tea 16.000vnd (optional) and local noodles for lunch 40.000(optional). You can tip the tour guide after the tour, depending on how satisfied you are(optional).

2. Hoi An bicycle countryside tour

Come join us to see Hoi An’s beautiful countryside views. Visit a carpentry village, learn to make rice paper, and take the unique opportunity to talk with the local people and learn about Vietnamese countryside life.

Price: The standard price for our unique bicycle tour is 650.000. This tour includes a 4 – hours guided tour, bicycle rental,  one bottle of water, boat transfer, donation in local places

3. Hoi An street food tour
